Pack, weigh and measure.
Enter the weight of your packed parcel, its outside dimensions and the shipping addresses. Each package must be 20 lb or less, including packaging. You can save a draft in this preview.
Review the price. Pay online.
When live shipping opens, confirm the price and pay online to generate your GOFO shipping label before visiting the station.
Print your way.
Print and attach the label at home, or bring your packed parcel and show its QR code so we can print your already-paid label at the station. Demo phone codes cannot print labels yet.
Drop off. We’ll take it from here.
Hand over your labeled parcel and receive a ShipThisWay drop-off receipt after staff physically receives it. We group packages for GOFO collection; carrier acceptance is recorded separately.

We can help.
Choose station assistance if you don’t know your package’s weight or dimensions. When shipping opens, we’ll weigh and measure, you’ll review the price and pay at the station, then we’ll print the label and receive your package. Allow a little extra time for this service. Hours and GOFO collection cutoffs are still to be confirmed.

Do I need to own a business?
No. ShipThisWay is being designed for individual senders as well as businesses. You can prepare a personal shipment draft without creating an account.
Do I need a scale, tape measure or printer?
If you know the weight and dimensions, you’ll be able to pay online, then either print at home or show your QR code for station printing. If you need weighing or measuring, choose station assistance and pay there after reviewing the price. These services are planned for launch; this preview cannot take payment or print a shipping label.
Is my phone code ready to use at the station?
Not yet. The code is a local demo reference for your saved draft. It is not a paid label, a check-in confirmation or a booking. Staff cannot retrieve the draft or print a shipping label from it.
Can I send a return?
Check the retailer’s return instructions first. If they provide a prepaid label, use that label as directed. If you need to buy your own postage, eligible shipping options will be available when our service opens.
Can you collect a parcel from my home?
Not in the first phase. You’ll bring your parcel to the ShipThisWay station for check-in. Our station will group the parcels for GOFO collection.
Does a saved draft reserve a station drop-off?
No. A draft saves your package details on this device. It is not a paid shipment or a station booking. See the Salt Lake City address and confirm station hours and parcel acceptance instructions before bringing your package.
Where are my drafts stored?
In this browser on this device. You can edit, download or delete them in My shipments. They are not sent to GOFO or shared with another device.
