Your customer sees a package.

The planned flow: your team enters package details, pays online and generates GOFO labels. Bring labeled parcels for drop-off, or show the QR codes so we can print the paid labels. We receive the packages and issue a ShipThisWay receipt, then GOFO collects the batch and handles delivery.

Need help with weight or dimensions? We can weigh and measure at the station. You’ll confirm the price and pay there before we print the label and receive the package. Allow extra time for assistance.

Can my business start shipping today?

This website lets you create and manage local drafts; business accounts, live rates and online payments are not connected yet. GOFO collection in Salt Lake City has not started. Please wait for our opening announcement before bringing parcels to the station.

Will there be bulk shipping and team access?

Both are part of the planned business experience. We’ll confirm the available import formats, workflows and access controls before those features launch.

Will you collect directly from my business?

Not in the first phase. Your business brings its parcels to the ShipThisWay station, where we check them in and group them for GOFO collection. Direct business and warehouse pickups are not currently offered.

Do you offer business pricing?

Rates and any business pricing arrangements will be confirmed as services are finalized. This preview does not quote prices or promise a specific discount.
